Almond Valley offers various tailored wedding and celebration packages. To make the best of our rural location, we offer you and your guests a two-night wedding to slow down the pace and settle into the tranquility of farm life. We have an unwavering commitment to making your celebration a dream come true, we will be there to support you with passion and welcoming smiles.

What you can expect

Upon arrival, allow our team to welcome you and your entourage with a selection of fine teas,

Organic Cappuccino and home baked cake.

During the winter months, served in the comfortable lounge alongside the fire. From September onwards you may recline

amidst the white almond tree blossoms in the outdoor Orangery whilst we serve your tea.

With an abundance of outdoor spaces to explore, you may wish to go on a secluded walk in the Orchard, play a game

of tennis with mates or just sink into one of the comfy seats surrounding the swimming pool with your favourite drink.

Getting ready …

for your wedding day requires an equally beautiful space. The bride and her brides-maids are invited into the lounge area with abundant seating for everyone to prepare makeup and hair. This space offers the bride wonderful natural light and comfortable space to get ready for her big celebration. Once your hair, nails and make up is ready and you are in your wedding gown we offer numerous spaces to celebrate the night away.

The Old Barn

From there, guests would take a stroll through the pretty garden to the old barn, which offers the perfect setting for through the night celebrations. A neutral space. Dress it up any way you dream. The Barn can be transformed to cater to your style and can include a dance floor and evening lounge on opposite sides of the dining area offering both the rowdy bunch and the crowd wanting to sit back and relax a comfortable space. We can offer you a list of local suppliers and collaborators – with resources and experience to transform the barn.

The Preparation

Friday Night

Start your evening festivities alongside the swimming pool enjoying sundowners before heading to the dining area.

Saturday Morning

An extensive farmhouse spread welcomes you.

This feast is served buffet style from the beautiful custom-made oak dresser housing our tea & JURA coffee station.

Breakfast for the residents of the Manor House for both mornings.

The Celebration

Whether you choose to spread out across one of the lawn terraces under a stretch tent, use the wrap around patio around the Manor House or the Old Barn the night is yours and being remote, a night of revelry awaits.

Allow the barn to come alive with music, dancing and the laughter and fun of close friends, your nearest and dearest people all together celebrating your union under one roof! Not much can be more special than that.

Once you and your guests are happily spent, wave them farewell but the night is still young! Kick off your heels sink into the hot tub-for-two before retiring to your suite.

The Food

The meal is central to every celebration and we believe a wedding calls for extra special dedication, to deliver every detail on point. We collaborate with exceptional gifted Chefs, specialists in their trade who create fresh, seasonal menus incorporating local and regional ingredients ensuring a unique dining experience.

Once you and your guests are happily spent, wave them farewell but the night is still young! Kick off your heels sink into the hot tub-for-two before retiring to your sumptuous HoneyMoon Suite.

Sunday Morning ...

Can there be a more enchanting time,

than the morning after your wedding! Enjoying a lazy farmhouse breakfast with your most loved people. A final opportunity to remember the beautiful moments created together during the wedding celebration and after a stroll in the garden and perhaps a quick dip in the swimming pool saying goodbyes.

Sleeping for 12 Guests in The Manor House (6 ensuite luxury bedrooms).
Tea / Coffee Trays.
JURA one-touch coffee & tea station. Equipped with a variety of herbal teas and top-notch coffee beans.
Natural Fynbos inspired bathroom amenities in each bathroom, fluffy gown & slippers to wear during your stay, towels and hairdryer.
Farmhouse Breakfast Buffet to enjoy during both mornings of your stay available at The Manor House.
Large spacious kitchen & long farmhouse dining table.
A luxurious lounge / library with a blue-tooth speaker
Wood fired hot tubs at every homestead including, logs, kindling and matches.
On call Property Manager for the duration of your stay.
Secure on-site parking available for both Manor House residents and guests at the celebration.

On the Wedding Day

Support with the planning and co-ordination with your wedding Planner of choice.
Rest rooms in the garden and at the Old Barn.
On site parking for 70 cars.
Outdoor BOMA bonfire with seating (wood & kindling supplied).
The use of all the outdoor wrought iron garden furniture & lounge furniture at the Orangerie Terrace.

Midnight – Residents return for a hot-tub soak followed by a well deserved nights sleep
